New MindaClient Dashboard Launched

We are delighted to launch our new updated MindaClient Dashboard.

To ensure this update provided maximum value to our clients, we followed a strategic development path:

      We began by sending out a comprehensive client survey to all of our customers to complete. We wanted to hear directly from them about the specific functionalities and features they wanted to see in the new update that they would see the most benefit from.
    2. Data Driven Insights
      Our team performed a deep-dive analysis of system data behind the scenes. By identifying the most viewed and frequently used elements of the Mindaclient system, we could prioritise the tools and features that were most used by to our clients.
    3. Enhanced User Experience
      By combining the direct feedback with our data findings, we focused on what mattered most. The result is an enhanced user experience that simplified the workflow and highlights the most important metrics.
