Fulbright Ireland Customer Success Story

 

Challenge

Fulbright Ireland came to mind at client with the challenge of developing a system that would match their particular scholarship management process.

As well as managing the application process they also required a process to manage the review, the interview, and the selection and award processes.

The system needed integration with an existing system they were using and finally they required the conversion of the successful grantees to alumni, thereby automatically building their alumni database that they could use.

Solution

MindaClient started the project by sitting down with Fulbright Ireland to fully understand their processes from start to finish.

We then built at prototype system using our platform.

The benefit of this is that Fulbright Ireland were able to start using the system and provide direct feedback to help us tailor the system to fully match their processes.

We then undertook at data migration process to import existing data and clients into the MindaClient database.

This involved importing successful applicants and alumni going back over 70 years.

Over the last eight years we have built a number of additional modules for Fulbright Ireland in order to help streamline and digitize their processes.

We built many new modules including a client portal where applicants can log in and apply for funding. We built then an alumni database which can now be maintained by the alumni themselves who can log in annually and update their own contact and professional details.

Result

The result is that Fulbright Ireland have a tailored world class system that manages their application process their review and interview processes as well as their alumni database.

This product is now used in 12 other Fulbright commissions in 12 different countries.
