Over two decades ago, the journey of MindaClient began with a simple idea, using technology to make life easier for people. Today, that same vision continues to guide us, but the road here has been an interesting journey.

We sat down with our CEO, Brian Kelly to look back at the earliest days, the values that shaped the company and BrianÕs thoughts on where the industry is headed next.

The Early Days

ÒOur earliest memory of starting out? Selling educational software to schools. It worked well, until the summer holidays came along and demand dried up. That was our first big lesson in business: the importance of being adaptable. We had to diversify very quickly and start looking for new markets. That ability to pivot has stayed with us ever since.Ó

Every business has its core values and for MindaClient, there are three that have never changed:

Having worked in technology for six decades, Brian has seen it all.

ÒAI will certainly drive the next wave of transformation. And yet, paradoxically, it will create a greater need for human interaction. To manage the AI revolution successfully, people will need to be at the centre to guide it, question it and ensure it serves society in the right way.Ó
