We have launched a new not-for-profit referral scheme which will see our clients receive a Û500 donation when they refer a friend, organisation or another not-for-profit to MindaClient and they sign up before September 30th, 2023. We have been working with not-for-profits and charities for over 10 years and they are a fundamental part of our business. Our previous referral scheme of a Û100 voucher was successful and an important part of generating new contacts for us. Our not-for-profit clients were one of the biggest drivers of this in the past, so we wanted to give them something more.
We work with numerous Cancer Support Centres and other not-for-profit organisations that use MindaClient to manage their communication, speed up processes and enhance reporting, and track payments, plus so much more. This initiative will hopefully allow more not-for-profit organisations to see the benefits of MindaClient in their daily proceedings.
The feedback we receive on our system is that it gives employees and volunteers more time in their role as it is easy to use and quick to implement and they will have the ability to report on useful information at the click of a button. It enhances the communication and data storage of their clients, volunteers, donors and associates in a fully GDPR-compliant way. And finally, the not-for-profit organisations who sign up to MindaClient will receive expert customer service with training, phone and email support on demand like our clients have received for over twenty-one years and counting.
We look forward to making the donations to our customers who can refer a new client to sign up to MindaClient before the 30th of September. The referral must be a new client who has not contacted us in the past, must have signed up and paid for the service before the end of September and must use a specific referral code that we have sent each of our current not-for-profit clients which is unique to them.
