Alva has been at MindaClient for 13 years this month and she is an essential part of everything we do from client management, business development, analysing data, project management and a brilliant driver of product development.
We sat down with Alva on her 13th anniversary with MindaClient to ask her all about the role of a Business Development Manager, favourite features that she uses on a daily basis and what the most rewarding part of her job is.
1.) What is your role at MindaClient?
I am the Business Development Manager and I manage Project Implementations, Sales opportunities and data analytics.
2.) What are your favourite MindaClient features?
My favourite features in MindaClient are the custom applications and form builders, along with the statistical reporting. I love turning complex data into actionable insights for our clients.
3.) What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing the exact moment a client realises how much time our reporting and form-building tools will save them, turning complex manual processes into clear, actionable data overnight.
