Here is how it would typically work:
- You fill out the form and tell us a little about your company.
- We will contact you to arrange a meeting by phone or in person to understand your business and what way a CRM system would work best for you.
- We will prepare a proposal for you. The costed proposal will have options about training, transferring your spreadsheets or data from another system into MindaClient and ongoing support. There will normally be a set up charge depending on the work required and also an ongoing monthly licence fee.
- We will also set up a free trial that is tailored to your company.
- We are at the other end of the phone or email while your free trial is ongoing.
- You decide if you want to sign up to MindaClient once the trail ends.
