Oktag International Ltd.
Oktag is an Industrial Electrical Maintenance company based at Grovine West, Co Kilkenny.
TJ Tallent of Oktag outlined the current procedures and some of the problems associated with all the administration they had:
“We have lots of Call Out type work ( Typically 1 hr to 4 hrs ) and upgrading machines so we end up with lots of Job Cards and a diverse material usage on each job. Keeping track of all this was a nightmare so I was looking to find a program or some way of streamlining this process.”

MindaClient met with Oktag and gained an understanding of their business. We decided to implement the Mindalclient CRM for Repairs and Service software build and the jobs module was turned on and a number of small tweaks were made to match Oktag’s business process.
TJ then started trialling MindaClient with his team and came back with some very valuable feedback. Hourly rates were applied to each job and they had the facility to show or hide the rate on the job cards if required. We also built in the facility to record internal notes that would be relevant to each job.
