Established in 1984, The Office Centre is a premier supplier of office products, business machines, cut paper, janitorial supplies and furniture to home office, schools and commercial businesses.

Their retail shops are based in Portlaoise, Kilkenny, Tullamore, Athlone, Newbridge, Carlow and Limerick. Their Central Support Centre is located in the Irish Midlands.

They are Irish owned and currently employ over 60 personnel, many of whom have been with the Company since its inception.

The Office Centre works to the very highest standards and have achieved the following accreditation The ISO Standard in Quality Management ISO 9001, Environment Management ISO 14001 and Occupational Health & Safety OHSAS 18001.

Problems

The Office Centre had been looking for a simple but effective CRM system that could be used by their internal sales staff and their external account managers at the same time. This meant that it had to be a cloud based system from the beginning.

 

Solutions

MindaClient met the Office Centre to understand their business process.

We set up an initial trial for the Office Centre which they used and came back with some feedback. We then set up the tailored version of MindaClient to match their needs. They were able to extract their customers from their accounts system to Excel so we imported all their customers to their MindaClient. We set up an Accounts reference number in MindaClient that would allow them to match their accounts and CRM system.

We then  provided training to both the  office based staff and the external accounts managers.
