MacDonagh Junction is Kilkenny’s new residential, commercial business and leisure quarter. The development includes leading Irish and International retailers and features include in excess of one hundred luxury apartment, forty top quality retail units, a landmark office building, restaurants, performance space, community youth centre and leisure facilities including a bowling centre.

Problems

MacDonagh Junction were working with a number of different software packages when we talked to them initially. Their main goal or vision was to ensure internal communication continued to work well while getting rid of spreadsheets and reducing admin time. With MindaClient multiple users could access the system ensuring all Maintenance Jobs, Health & Safety Issues as well as other tasks were logged in the one place no matter where the person worked within the Centre.

Bulk Communication with their Customers and their retail tenants was a key factor for them. They needed one central location to record communications and to schedule reminders.

 

Solutions

Macdonagh JunctionFirstly we assessed their business. We focused on their needs and goals. We uploaded their entire existing database onto Mindaclient.

We then personalised their MindaClient system to match their needs.

We set up a full reporting system helping them log all forms of communication with their Customers as well as all Retail Tenants.

Bulk communication through email and text helps them to communicate with their Customers and Retail Tenants very quickly. A history of all communication is saved on each client’s record.

We also provided the Jobs Module for them so that their Maintenance Team could schedule and record all maintenance works.
