Lyrath Estate needed a system to help manage their Sales Pipeline. They wanted to move away from spreadsheets as they had a number of different spreadsheets with many companies in each.
They wanted to be able to generate their sales pipeline reports and report on all their sales activity.
A lot of time was being spent doing admin work… collating reports for Managers and GM’s.
Clients were calling wanting to talk about their piece of business and when the person dealing with them was not available on-one else could help.
Having to manually record all enquiries and lost business was very time consuming and not always completed for reports… so they were unable to rely on statistics as live business was more important.
Our solution was to implement MindaClient as a sales pipeline management software. We identified what information that Lyrath wanted to record for their clients and we set these up in their MindaClient. We carried out some data analysis work on their spreadsheets which covered a number of previous years activities. We then imported all their company spreadsheets.
We trained the staff on the use of MindaClient and we returned for a number of ongoing support training sessions.
Now all the corporate sales pipeline is managed efficiently by Lyrath Estate using MindaClient.
Within the Sales Module of MindaClient they were able to get all enquiries logged, setting the status or stage of the enquiry when entering it. With the ability to move the sales stage along they were able to run reports daily to manage their pipe-line and ensure they maximised their business opportunities on a daily basis. With the Pipe-line reporting being accessible to any user at any time of the day this process saved a large amount of admin time.
With the Activities Module all users were able to log into each client and were able to see historical communications with the client. They were then able to take up where another colleague left off within minutes. This again saved time and also made the client feel very important as everyone was instantly aware of their piece of business.
Finally with the Automated Reports the Sales Teams were no longer spending time compiling Sales Activity or Pipe-line reports…. No longer under pressure from Managers to get them completed. With the automated system their reports were automatically sent weekly cutting down on admin time.
