Functions

  • Let your Venues & Hotels fill in their details by giving them secure access to your Vendor Portal. You then always access the latest information
  • Once you have built your event or copied last years event and updated it, you just click a button to see which hotels and venues can cater for your Event.
  • You then Email the selected Vendors through MindaClient Pro to let them known that they have a new quote to fill in. They see the deadline and all the requirements for the event. They fill in their responses directly and you are informed every time a quote is submitted.
  • Monitor the status of every quote and send reminders to the outstanding vendors.
  • Once you receive all the quotes you can award the business to the most suitable Vendor. You can download all responses to a spreadsheet for more detailed analysis if you wish..
  • Full history of all quotes from Vendors and all Events for your clients.

We can call out to your premises and train you and your colleagues. We still find that face to face training is the most effective and we love getting to know our customers. Ongoing training can be arranged to find out how to do more in MindaClient.

We also provide online training so if you need to find out more or have specific areas you want training in. All this can be done online while you sit at your computer.

We built MindaClient so that much of it can be tailored for individual companies and organisation. Just tell us what you want and we will tell you if MindaClient can do it for you.

In 2016 we received an Enterprise Ireland Grant to assist us in finding the right CRM/RFP system for Hotel Solutions. Stuart spent a lot of time researching off the shelf products which did not provide us with what we needed until we found MindaClient, an indigenous Irish business, who built a bespoke Destination Management Company system on our behalf. The final product is absolutely superb. MindaClient spent endless hours with the Hotel Solutions team brainstorming and finding the right system to fit our requirements as a DMC.
